Canyon Lake Construction is one of the finest construction companies we have worked with. Through building and remodeling different schools, we have had contact with many general contractors and sub-contractors. Canyon Lake took on a re-modeling project for us in an existing strip mall. Richard Conroy was phenomenal to work with. He communicated with us every step of the way. He had a very small window to complete a massive project. He was able to get everything done. The construction was high quality work. He found ways to save us money wherever he could without sacrificing quality. We had limited funds to begin with and he was able to work with us on finances and billing. We had a great experience with Canyon Lake Construction and with Richard Conroy.

I would highly recommend Richard Conroy of Canyon Lake Construction. We hired Richard to install our playground and remodel our school. We were very pleased with the quality of his work. All of his employees and subcontractors provided equally great service. Throughout the process we had many changes and he was always very flexible and did whatever was needed to insure that we were pleased. He would also strive to find the best way to make it affordable without compromising quality. In addition, he provided a great warranty on all of his work! He is always our first choice anytime we are in the need of contracting services.

Richard Conroy with Canyon Lake Construction was great to work with. We hired Richard to build our second studio, a 3,000 sq. ft facility located in Goodyear. He went above and beyond for us and made sure he communicated with us every step of the way. I could not have been happier. His work was very detailed and high quality. He always made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He did an exceptional job for us!

Richard and his company, Canyon Lake Construction, rebuilt our back offices in their entirety. He was excellent at communicating during the lifetime of the project. In the end, we got top quality offices and excellent service. I would highly recommend Canyon Lake Construction for any project.

Richard Conroy with Canyon Lake Construction worked with us to build additional garages to our house and remodel the facade on the front of it. Once he started work, he had many suggestions for other remodel items we wanted done and in the end he remodeled our whole home. He offered many suggestions to make our home more comfortable, easy to maintain and cost effective. Richard has a talent for suggesting creative solutions to remodeling challenges. All work he completed was of the highest quality. He was also able to keep within our budget and provided high-end materials at a reasonable price.

Richard Conroy built the addition to our home. He and his team did the best quality work and were very particular about the quality of materials that they put into our additional as well. Richard communicated every step of the way and finished the project on time by Thanksgiving so we could use our new addition for entertaining during the holidays. We have had more compliments on our addition than any other part of our home, and it is a new home! Canyon Lake Construction is the only construction company we will use.
